TERMS
Wyrd Global LLC · draft of 27 October 2026
Wyrd is a reading of a true sky. These are the terms on which the app, the physical deck and the reading made by hand are offered. They are written in plain words on purpose; where a word has a legal weight, it is the plain meaning that is meant.
Who we are
Wyrd is made and offered by Wyrd Global LLC ("we", "us"), 24 Sebastian Avenue, Unit 3, St. Augustine, FL 32084. A person answers at support@wyrd.dev and on [telephone — founder].
The app
- The app is for your personal use. An account is yours alone; the things you keep in it come back to you and to no one else.
- The app charts the sky as it stands and reads it. It describes; it does not predict, diagnose or advise. Nothing in it is medical, legal or financial counsel, and a decision made on its words is your own.
- The chart, the saga, the cards' faces and words, the voices and the art belong to Wyrd Global LLC or to the people who made them for us. You may read them, keep them in the app and show them to a friend; you may not copy them out for sale, strip the art from the cards, or offer them as your own.
- Accounts that abuse the house — attacks on the service, other readers or the staff — can be closed. Your own work stays yours and can be exported before the door shuts; see privacy.
- The app is offered as it stands. We keep it working with ordinary care; we do not promise that it is never down, never wrong about a star, or fit for a purpose we did not name.
The physical deck
- The deck is a physical good: ninety-six printed cards, bought outside the app through our payment processor and posted to you. The app does not sell it; a plinth in the app opens the shop in your browser. The price, the shipping and the returns window are stated on the shop page at the moment of purchase.
- When a card is yours it is yours: the paper, the ink and the chip in it. Sell it, give it away, keep it in a drawer.
- Each card also carries a licence to content that is not on the paper — a song, its stems, a scene, a chapter of the saga — which the app opens when the card is held to the phone. That licence is personal and for your own listening, viewing and reading. It is not a licence to copy the content, to sell it, to stream it to others, or to use it in work of your own. The licence travels with the card: when the card changes hands by the app's own release, the content follows the card to its new holder and leaves the old one.
- The content a card carries is a right of access, not a file you own. If the house closes or a licence we hold from a musician ends, we say so in advance and the card stays a card.
- A damaged chip is replaced on the terms of the shop page. A card lost is lost, as a book is.
- A deposit of three US dollars holds a place for the Cups Reversed deck. It stays refundable, in full, until the deck ships, and the deck's price and shipping are stated before anything more is charged.
The reading made by hand
- The reading sold at the desk is a service, not digital content of the app. It is made by a person, from your chart, with their own hands and time. It is bought outside the app, and it is delivered when it is made — the desk names a span of days when you order, and a reading made with care is not hurried for a clock.
- A human reading describes the sky you were born under and the sky that stands now. It is not a forecast of events, and it is not advice. What you do with its words is your own.
- Because a reading is made for one chart and one person, it is not returned once it is begun. Before it is begun, a cancellation is a full refund.
- The reading, once delivered, is yours to keep and to read. The words and the method remain the reader's craft; they are not licensed for resale.
- On wyrd.dev two readings are offered, each made by hand for one person: the Loom, the whole astrology reading, and the Tarot reading, seven to nine cards from the Wyrd deck answering one question in the buyer's own words. Each is ninety US dollars.
- Ten readings are made a week. An order past the tenth joins the next week, and its week is named before payment. Each reading arrives as a PDF by email within seven days of its week opening; the receipt says so.
- A reading on wyrd.dev is bought by someone 18 or over, with an email confirmed by a link before the reading is made.
Payments
The deck and the reading are paid for through Stripe, outside the app. Card numbers never reach Wyrd. Refunds, where these terms or the shop page give one, go back the way the money came.
Age
Wyrd is for readers twelve and up. It is not for children under 13, and an account is not made for one; if a child has made one, write to us and it is closed and its data removed, as the privacy page says.
Your words
What you write in the Thread is yours. You give us only the right to keep it, to show it back to you, and to let a later draw find an earlier thought of yours — nothing more, and never to another reader. Delete the account and it goes.
Liability
To the extent the law where you live allows, our liability to you for anything arising from the app, the deck or a reading is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the matter arose. Nothing here limits a liability the law does not let us limit.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the app tells you before the change takes effect. Using the app after that date is acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are read under the law of [jurisdiction — paralegal], and a dispute that cannot be settled by a letter to support@wyrd.dev is heard in the courts of [jurisdiction — paralegal], without prejudice to a consumer's right to the courts of their own home.
